Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! Our warehouse is in the USA, but we can ship most of our items to any country in the world. Some products may be available within the US only - these items will be marked as such.

If you would like to pay by check or money order, please call us to place your order and we will provide instructions for paying by mail.
Do you accept returns?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you have a full 60 days to return it for a refund.

How quickly is my order shipped and when should I expect to receive it?
Most orders placed by 2pm EST are shipped same day from our warehouse in PA. Shipping time depends on the shipping method you selected. Orders submitted after 2pm Friday will ship Monday.
On rare occasions, an item may be backordered or out of stock, and you will be notified of any delays. Please be sure to enter an accurate email address when ordering so we can contact you with any questions or updates on your order.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, US customers will receive an email that includes a long string of numbers. This is your tracking number and you can enter this number at www.usps.com to track your package. The USPS site may take 24 hours or more to update their system with the tracking number, so if the number cannot be found, please try again soon.
Tracking for international packages is only available for EMS (Express Mail.) Regular international airmail does not come with tracking. Packages are usually delivered within 2 weeks, though customs may cause a longer delay.
Do you sell your products wholesale?
We do offer discounts for large quantities on many of our items. We will need to know exactly which items interest you. We also offer drop-ship services. Please contact us with your needs and we will be happy to help.
Do you have mailing catalogs?
At the moment we do not offer paper catalogs. We add products to the site every few days, so a paper catalog would not be able to show our newest merchandise. All of our available products are always easily accessible via our website. To receive special offers and updates, please sign up for our email newsletter.
